Information you choose to share
When you call, send a WhatsApp message or email us, you may choose to share your name, phone number, email address, preferred centre, general enquiry details and information needed to respond to your request.
Because rehabilitation enquiries can be sensitive, please share only the information needed for us to understand your enquiry. Do not send identity documents, financial details or detailed medical records unless the organisation specifically requests them through an appropriate channel.
How enquiry details are used
Information you provide is used to respond to you, understand which centre or support may be relevant, arrange a visit or follow-up, and maintain necessary communication about your enquiry.
Your enquiry details are not intended to be used for unrelated purposes. We do not promise that phone, WhatsApp or ordinary email communication is fully secure.
Phone calls and phone numbers
When you call us, your number may appear in call records on the receiving phone or communication service. Information discussed during a call may be noted where reasonably needed to respond or follow up. We do not state that calls are recorded; if call recording is introduced, callers should be informed as required.
WhatsApp messages
When you contact us on WhatsApp, your phone number, profile details made visible by you, message content and attachments are processed through WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy terms and security practices. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp.
Email requests
Email enquiries include your email address and the content or attachments you send. Email delivery and storage depend on third-party email services. Please use email for general requests and avoid sending highly sensitive personal or medical records unless a suitable method has first been agreed.
Access, sharing and retention
Enquiry information should be accessed only by people involved in answering or managing the enquiry. It may also pass through the telephone, WhatsApp, email or hosting providers needed to deliver the communication. Information may be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect a person from serious harm.
Details should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, follow-up, record-keeping or legal requirements, then deleted or securely disposed of where practical.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what enquiry information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where legally and practically possible. You can also ask us not to contact you again, although a limited record may be retained when necessary to respect that request or meet a legal obligation.
Children and enquiries for another person
A parent, guardian or responsible adult should make enquiries involving a child. If you contact us about another person, share only information you are permitted to provide and respect that person’s privacy.
Privacy questions
For a privacy request, contact us and clearly state that your request concerns personal information.
This policy may be updated when communication or website practices change. Please also read our Terms and Medical Disclaimer.
